How to Remove the Pump Head from 55HD30 MirOil Filter Machine
Learn about how to remove a faulty pump head removal from MirOil’s manual filter machine 55HD30.
Step One
Remove the upper basin from the basin area by removing the 2 pins Remove the suction hose “A” from the basin (pull up)

Step Two & Three
Remove the Clevis Pin Ring and Clevis Pin itself and remove the handle.
Step Four
Remove the male coupler using a wrench and pliers.
Step Five
Remove the 4 nuts using a 7/16″ wrench or socket.
Step Six
Twist the Pump Head assembly and remove from its mounting by pulling downwards.

Male Coupler and Pump-Head removed and ready for re-installation (see “A” & “B”)
Please note, to re-install the Pump-Head “B”, simply reverse steps 6 through 1 above. ** Before re-installing the Male Coupler, please follow additional silicone sealant steps below.

When re-installing the male coupler back onto the pump head, please add a small amount of Silicone sealant to the threads before tightening back into place.
